Here's a Shock: a Taser MP3 Player

As you may recall, Taser International introduced the Taser C2, a model explicitly targeted for women. It looks like they want more of the consumer market, as at CES they introduced the Taser MPH - the Music Player Holster.
The MPH will have 1 GB of memory and slips onto your belt, sort of like a cell phone holster. Additionally, the Taser C2's color scheme will expand. It previously came in four colors -- silver, black, blue and pink. The company said in a press release that it also would make the guns available in leopard print, "fashion" pink, and "red-hot" red.
Also in the press release, Rick Smith, CEO and founder of TASER International said,
"These new product (sic) are a result of listening to our customers. Personal protection can be both fashionable and functionable. The TASER C2 leopard print design provides a personal protection option for women who want fashion with a bite."
Ha ha, fashion with a bite. I have some bad news for you though, Taser. My wife rarely wears a belot, and won't carry her cell phone there. Where does she carry it? In her purse, of course.
Nice idea, but a belt holster is more of a guy thing. I suppose black is a possibility for me, but I wouldn't be caught dead with "fashion pink."
